Such time flies faster than the breeze and swiftly moving on for another year that was; had left me astounded. happy to create a wonderful beginning this Year, my Birthday was celebrated with good people, friends and loved ones. have been in wanderlust for the coming months and looking forward for the better. i always love the idea of putting a good sunday with vibes and barbecue; yes its barbecue. but no. we change our mind. i cleaned jellos room and suddenly felt theneed for solid food to be ingested and yes, JELLO and me, heading to Robinsons one sunday, doing the slightly grocer for pork belly, spaghetti and fruit salad. no side dish, but only rice, Tanduay and Coke. well, i cant help myself but to get busy preparing of an afternoon delight with few friends. i want to have the same in the house one day soon. bring some friends and make some noise. Traversing a sunday with carefree, innuendos were set aside and no homesick feeling( except for JC) whom we got a good laugh over his concern for the gril who was dragged by a male passenger in the car, Little less that we know, we ended up in the so called Numero Doce! slightly good, putting a real unleashing of pure energy... gulping down some few beer and head down to tinseltown!

living a life around peaceful environment, gives a relief after a stressful work shift. i can no longer recall things from the 8 hour work mode i got. i try to simplify myself after tons of load kept inside my brainy. i fight lurid things inside out, not until lately i noticed that someone from the workplace were starting to be a puppet from the old people which i call them wicked witches. i started to be numb again, after after another, i am considering the fact that there'll be changes inside, but nothing as i suppose. Changes in terms of political views in work ettiquets, views about freedom, slips away from the mainstream. i am losing hope now, cant even reiterate that foremost, my capacity to keep the work starts to fade slowly and grunts a lot about these disciples who knocks my nerve just to defame someone in the spirit in me. Tho, i always left that sore in the office. i cant take it out with me and i have to keep my lifestyle in about and nothing else. what really matters is that i am just too tired already or perhaps too fed up with bullshitting on a regular basis inside. might i be so tired? king of shits might drop some bombs unnoticed. anything interesting will be upfront, and to the unimportant, well i set them aside and move on to the next target. hahahaha. i always give lame reason for them, but i always thought that so many people loves me to not disappoint them in the end. to hail me, yes, to rock me very yes, but fuck me? hahahhaha. when your innate of being genius, the answer is go to hell. i feel elated to those who always in dire communications with me, like jonah whom in someways we felt different at thing in view about life and politics, in general he is my such opposite yet, who learn how to handle my naivety and continuous to pour over his relentless advices. im proud to reach this far and to those pessimistic, i took the wrong turn for you because your going nowhere but dead end. i always let god differ me from those entities, i could never be eloquent nor nice to such agony the sore in their hearts. they never know, resilience is another defense over crucial attacks and most of it all, popularity makes me strong like marbles.

despite of the devastation caused by typhoon Ondoy and pepeng, we filipinos managed to get up and try to put a smile despite the ordeal and gloomy environment the country suffers. that despite of the worlds view on us, we have not let the calamity tear us down to sadness and depression. tho we may feel that we lost something, but still a bright new hope has for us ahead. we derived from a filipino strength and cultivating the culture of bayanihan and the camaraderie made us survived despite in a low string situation. we may have neglected the problem but we are the positive people who face tomorrows another challenge with great smile and heartwarming wink!

i agree with you jan, it always imply unpreparedness dooms for another occurrence of another tragedy. while some of the people from the government attending climate change talk, information dissemination should start at community level. but it always ponders me, while we are looking and probe of reasons why it happened? According to FRITZ INSTITUTE site on disaster preparedness cycle; management and coordination, response, support, life safety, protection, emergency coping, initiation of recovery and hazard knowledge is all we need to know and expound. I believe that when next disaster strikes (god forbids), it will be easier for the rescue to point out areas that is badly hit and needed help. thanks for enlightening jan, and hope that this also help our nation to gain fast recovery from this ordeal so lets continue to pray.

i always felt bad about what happened in the philippines. the ordeal that Manila and the neighboring towns was devastated by sever flooding and hundred died due to the malady. i am in my own way, tweets and post donation caravan for the people from here and abroad could see what happened. i was so heartbroken to the high water, the flash reports, the distress call from ordinary people and all walks of life. it came upon me that what if it will happen in Cebu, which we could never tell. I appreciated the effort of philippines TV network, done their campaign for Sagip Kapamilya and the Kapuso, our very own SunStar Cebu is also doing its part together with other establishment here in Cebu City philippines and individuals to do the share. To Y101, VUDu and Formo, Caltex, RCTV, CountryMall, Julies bakeshop and many more, our praise and appreciations also for PNP, military agencies, rescuers, to those who died during the rescue service, the celebrities and to the individual who in other ways are heroes... let us continue to pray and support the victims. Nothing can beat my happiness and excitement, when office of the AVP told me to pack up on a Monday thats july 27 at 12.30 to leave for Moalboal by 2pm. I had nosebleed getting the instant assignment putting me in trouble first i have to go back home, ending my complete uniform a short stint in the office 2) i dont have enough cash to bring for my vices, hehehehhe. but things weren't my way, as my beloved mader dear tatits asked our finance officer to shed 500 for our per Diem. great i said. and set, im ready with Jello as my usual partner in trips. we found ourselves comfortable in a V-hire for Moalboal, soon by 3.15pm we left the Citilink. we arrived by 6.10 in Club Serena and met up with Rica Gomez at the pavilion to let her know were there. brief conversation soon the front desk officer led us to the adjacent resort which is Delgados. we were then found our nook and relaxed a bit. by 6.30 i found myself at the shower area and dressed up. we had a good dinner and some tanduay and coke. MEt Up Quino, Melinda, and all the guests divers. We lend our ears to gary the environmentalist and a diver and his group for some healthy info. met up Shio, Ivan who were so nice to break the ice between jello and me. We stayed at the same place.
Soon, the day arrived.. started with healthy breakfast and listened to Quino while he spreads the mechanic and the day is just so wonderful for the beach and our purpose to be there. We had healthy lunch too, i love the utan bisaya with lechon and shrimps. I had fun, anticipating for the next dive because i just love the water and underneath. i was dumbfounded with what jello and me experienced. It was awesome, i cant believe how beautiful it is down there. found a lot of new friends and laughter just sorrounds us, except for the weird girl and his partner. Never the less she never had an inch from my nerve. i also came upon to meet haze cabotage, had a small talk with him and some military guys who joined the seashore clean-up. i i felt that in some ways, when i dont do things at home, i had been doing it in somewhere else, which made me proud of myself. it connotes the eagerness and my worries for mother nature.

Its so heartwarming to find people in all walks of life joined hand in hand. My fervent hope is that they would do this regularly, sand looks beautiful when heaps of garbage were taken out. i had been guilty throwing garbage or my cigarette butts on water forms, i learned my lesson. its shameful to let other people clean our garbage, it is none of the worlds business to return our debris and waste without us having second thought. let us be responsible, i did my share.. i hope you do too.

Thanks to Melinda, Haze Cabotage, the beautiful couple Quino and Rica, who enthusiastically welcomed and ushered us on the entire duration of our stay, the divers, Yvone, Lyn and Joan whom we secured friendship and trips. Doris Orge, sis and tina whom i shared a brief laugh at the kiosk and the people and acquaintance. i missed it and hoping for a repeat.

Its been months now of contemplating of my fate working in a corporate world. my brother last week, mocked me for i am not worth of what i have right now. which i was thinking twice about it too. now i must make up my mind to know the road to lead me to something i can breathe. tho i have to miss this whole damn thing, but i must learn and i must set to move on. As logane told me and girlie, there will always time for us to re conquer the whole story again and friendship to congregate, and that they're happy for me. i would leave without the existence of upheavals and and yes i should go with all the wonderful memories that marketing give me. the whole fun and a whole new door, a space that filled in, the landscape turned into beauty; were all i cherish. the people that made me feel uncanny! and the names that they already exist and create an etched in my pages and pages of story, i will forever treasure. and for this, maybe a month from now, i will be signing off.... till the next book.

Tribo of The Freeman invited me to come with him to Kanlon in Negros.. i was hesitant at first. many things inn mind and some obligations to be done. but i realized that somehow its for once in a lifetime experience. that point, i started to get the leave weeks before the date set for the trip. i was lucky enough to finally break free, i was committed to lock my self on sunday june 28 for the sunstar sportfest, lest i gotta go. i was asking permission 3 days before emphasizing that i cant attend. the event was something i look forward too, but what if i have to be absent and enjoy the moment. anyways, always had things right after that. later, i find myself, sitting in a cab with tribo and ate debbie of the freeman, for the city link. then found my self in Toledo city for the ferry going to negros oriental. In the mountain top, a la baguio city, i finally came to read, Kanlaon. Whew, a trip for the day and it pays to check the palce again since i came there 2002. we were ushered to Kanlaon pension house via trike ride from the bus terminal. we were greeted with locales and organizers and candidates at the pension house. i need to grab some true rest, but before that i have to fill the rumbling tummy. We headed to Mang Julies eatery with Marlon Wafer, Mark, AVince the designer, Tribo and Mami Debbie. we had the sumptuous meal of adobo, well milled rice and of course some veggies. how can i go starving when im so full for the sight and sounds encountered. later at night, i was wowed by the ingenuity of the people of negros, a true negrense occupies the craft of creating headresses in all forms using various materials which are indigenous incorporated to the theme of their place, the candidates which u i told myself 30 percent gays and 70 percent male. How did they got into the pageant well, i dont know, they were there.. they exist. Few i've met but i become the kanlaon way. saw Torib there, that make-up artist way back Jonas Borces time, Dumaguete drum beaters, and the other accompanying band. it was filled with colors and good sounds. had some cute dinner over the tiangge area, and of kors, the party till 8.30 am. had my sahre of rhum coke and some people. this was was just the party begins, had the distressing beer drinking at the Guihulngan port, with the gays fro Cebu. i had fun, i had the experience at the ferry and slept at the bus going home. Hope for a repeat

Pardon the cliche, but it's one of the holiest of Holy Grails of technology: Wireless power. And while early lab experiments have been able to "beam" electricity a few feet to power a light bulb, the day when our laptops and cell phones can charge without having to plug them in to a wall socket still seems decades in the future.

Nokia, however, has taken another baby step in that direction with the invention of a cell phone that recharges itself using a unique system: It harvests ambient radio waves from the air, and turns that energy into usable power. Enough, at least, to keep a cell phone from running out of juice.

While "traditional" (if there is such a thing) wireless power systems are specifically designed with a transmitter and receiver in mind, Nokia's system isn't finicky about where it gets its wireless waves. TV, radio, other mobile phone systems -- all of this stuff just bounces around the air and most of it is wasted, absorbed into the environment or scattered into the ether. Nokia picks up all the bits and pieces of these waves and uses the collected electromagnetic energy to create electrical current, then uses that to recharge the phone's battery. A huge range of frequencies can be utilized by the system (there's no other way, really, as the energy in any given wave is infinitesimal). It's the same idea that Tesla was exploring 100 years ago, just on a tiny scale.

Mind you, harvesting ambient electromagnetic energy is never going to offer enough electricity to power your whole house or office, but it just might be enough to keep a cell phone alive and kicking. Currently Nokia is able to harvest all of 5 milliwatts from the air; the goal is to increase that to 20 milliwatts in the short term and 50 milliwatts down the line. That wouldn't be enough to keep the phone alive during an active call, but would be enough to slowly recharge the cell phone battery while it's in standby mode, theoretically offering infinite power -- provided you're not stuck deep underground where radio waves can't penetrate.

Nokia says it hopes to commercialize the technology in three to five years.

after a lazy Sunday packing our stuff and checking out the hotel, which i dont want to and im sure the rest of the guys too at alte 12.30, our boss want to eat outside at sutukil which stands for sugba tuwa kilaw. i was excited over this idea. i really want to go home since i miss my ate,s kids and missed my bed too. i hopped on sir jay's car and there we went ahead of the group. went to drop at Mannas and sir jay spoils to find all the things he liked which we all does. Lobster, shell and Lapu-lapu.Who else doesnt care to eat it when the shrimp turn red and buttery, the kinilaw that has the freshest melting taste and of kors top it down with ice cold 7.UP. quencher and of course filling. I had fun experience listening to Pio, Mikel, Inez and Tiffany, kids discussing over their party (pio's bday) whos going to spend it, where to, and Inez said the funniest line. " Kuya if your going to have a party, cn i invite my friends too? in which Inez is just 5 years old. and so on the conversation tackles until were inside the car. love this kids for sure...

Independence day never stopped the marketing division of Sun.star cebu to hold its 2nd half conference of the year. It was done at the Pink icon of Cebu. Hilton resort hotel. it was a nice view since our rooms where all facing the Olanggo island and its pool and Manny O's watering hole. people and me as well enjoyed the night away and the fun and suspense there is in the conference. So much reporting and the team building increases the camaraderie of the group. Sir jay made sure we would not go home empty handed. it was eloquently extravagant of the group. but i could never had the best of it when the food they have were fabulously gastronomical. None of us complained and after a good buffet were all smiles and good booze, in a beautiful bed. it was a weekend get-away plus work.I love the stream bath there for free and the toiletry were from crabtree and evelyn. isnt this a taste of good life and fortune? well, what can i say?

We were invited by Backpackers Lodge owner Torsten Siggelkow to attend the opening of its Moalboal's new place to stay in the most budget-friendly Hostel. I failed the first time since i was in atight budget then and stranded with soo many things to do. Last June 6, i should keep the promise since its been month for having it delayed. Finally, I convinced Jello, whom my constant buddy on every trip i possibly made impulsively. We took the 5:20pm trip of Ceres bus going south; to our amazed bus fare is 75.00 only and reached Moalboal by 8.25pm. we grabbed trike ride going there for a hundred and whalllaaa. We reached the mediocrity of Panagsama beached, passing by barrio's celebrating fiesta. There, we met the owner and mary ann the wife, Carrie the Fil-American who hails from San Diego. Suffering from her eye sore. we were ushered to eat the pork chop grilled and barbecue, we had red wine asnd efter the sumptuous diner. we were then led to our room right after the sales counter area, fronting us the large storage area. in the room was 2 bed neatly prepared with towels and we were toured around to where we could find our comfort areas like the shower, comfort rooms, kitchen and everything. soon we were inFORMED that we are going to holler at the beaches and aprties around Panagsama beach. i took a shower to freshen up and soon, Jello and me sashayed the wet small village road in our national costume the short and shirt. first stop was The beach Bar where we enjoyed out two bottles of beer, then proceeded to Pacitas, where me and Jello were struck to see the scene, locales cladding in their (mis)outfit, and the rubber shoes over the skirt and orange tube, the smells that stinks from the armpits, the foreigners who loves to be with them and some were that cute and some were so ordinary. it was like a party, hahahahah. sorry to be so snubbish but we left before we could say something bad about it. and Torsten was so polite to take us back to the lodge and offered us rhum coke and he beer. we had a night. and enjoyed the rest of the night. went back to cebu and brought along good memories with a good friend., check the site www.moalboal-backpackerslodge.com plenty to explore

i had a hectic sched for the rest of the weeke and last week, rebooting and gulping a lot of alcohol turns me into a hyperpschedilicfrenzyfeeding monster. it was Saturday and party just gets any better. but i dont since it a summer ender event i need to crash myself with people whom i know, cud party that way all night long. i went crazy over my new fave sport which is the Ultimate Fighting Champions.. i saw this episode; it was a replay of Roger Huerta and that certain mad looking, long haired guy (Clay Guida, thanks to Google.com). Roger Huerta is such a tamed player, patient to retaliate and has the looks. hes a hottie. i had fun watching the game while twitching my toes every strike and felt my presence on the game. hahahah, i was soo silly, that i collapsed at the couch because i felt i was that strong as Huerta. Wednesday April 8, 2009... i was having a relax day. never had a thought to got to Bantayan island since, i want to renew something that i used to do before this tempting island keeps me enticed whenever heat strikes town. Went to Ayala and stayed at Bo's coffee with Cathy Estores and hubby Arnold. i am flabbergasted with the feeling of freom away from work and grab an ice cold passion fruit tea while hubknobbing with the days we havent met. It was then i realized i go rowdy over a crowded area, thus making my exit to grab a full meal at Harbour dimsum near my joy. i had fun then, i was talking over my plans over the weekend and firmly stood on my decision on not to go. i slept past 3 am.

Thursday April 9- 10.30 AM- My dad's fone rang, and handed the handset to me, It was the Ads and Promo Roselle Reyes called, tellimg me to pack and go to Bantayan immediately; then hang up. I was on an on-call base for holy week. about special assignment or work. then i got the second call that we got work to do in Bantayan events. So at 12 i was on the bus station grabbing the 12.30 trip to Hagnaya. by 2.45pm i set foot at Hagnaya along with other travelers to the island, 3.30 and the ferry is set to sail, with a flock of good looking men and women whom where friends back in the city and others were merely there. night time was a great party at rommel's resort with Pump and globe. i enjoyed the well deserved retreat from the city. we set up our streamers and i become a patroller for events together with my Fotog Alex Badayos the institution chief. met and greet with Cebu's crowd and new people too. ended the party by 2 and got to be back in Jean bastinen's place in Bantayan proper. I ahd a night. the sight and sounds with lots of fumbling had to put to rest for Friday is another night to shindig.

Friday April 10- Went to Obo-ob mangrove plantation and frolic over the 50 hectare plantation and flirts with the camera under the heat. Night time comes at Sugar beach party with Y101 guys(Mael lavares, Carlow Montrecillo, Steph, veronica) with Lofts Vannesa and Joseph Villanueva. I saw my friends Gladys and Din2, with lots of guys in the party. PJ was there too and eman whom brought SOJO and the rhum coke that flooded me with soo much joy! it was another big party i am enjoying.

Saturday April 11- Doon island and bird watching over an islet with new guys and our tour from the budget department, alex and me enjoyed the best of the island. the great view, the Carageenan plantation and the flock of birds was a wonderful experience. but wait, the remnants of the watchtower made during the spanish era over doong island was the IT.

funny how i watch the OSCARS when Hugh jackman performed Broadway style with Beyonce, zac efrona and vanessa hudgens. It integrates the real stage for the first time at the academy awards. Well spent, very polished and it was a spectacular event containing the life in hollywood. I also loved queen latiffah's number in memoriam. Anne Hathaway looks pretty, Tina Fey struts a nice dress, fabulous reese witherspoon also has her blue collection dress! but definitely and applause for sean penn for his leading role in MILK, as a gay, definitely a movie to watch. Natalie Portman also presented along with patten robertson of Twilight and of course Will Smith who i believe have some booze before presenting. Though Slumdog is a beautiful story depicting lives of Mumbay people in India, i still can believe they garnered the best picture of this years OSCARS. i beleive it was a tough competition between Sean Penn and Mickey Rourke who also plays a hard role on their respective movie! i believe the content of the OSCARS this year was that anybody could perform, it needs a good script, deep thinking director, and an ordinary guys to perform on cam! though benjamin button is a nice one! but they have the best!

BANTAL fly over was a mess at first, the office then the people! i met a lot of them, some where just for fun and some were kept. i was in love and hurt and im happy now! my best gift for this bday was talking to him MINE! nothing can beat our friendship with epoy! places i visited lat year! I went to Pagadian, Ozamiz, bohol, Palawan and manila. but it was just halfway! ill try my best to keep that thing for this year! it was so surprising to see sherwin mark villarta back in town from his sjourn over the seas and ocean of the world hahahahah. (wayok na description). so he came to the office picked me up with sheryl and his family we went to the terraces in Ayala and found a nook at the GILLIGANS. sad to say we waited like a total of 11/2 hour just to get the food and the drinks that made me impatient. i we waited again for 40 minustes to get our bill. if i hadnt spoke with the waiter about me from Sunstar we could have waited for an hour or much. but im trying to stretch my patience and applied the diplomacy and bureaucratic attitude and waited. i even had some dirty stuff like dried leaves over our pinakbet. but that wont help crave to write because the service was so lousy. you can even see them bump each other or glass fell from the tray. im trying to be considerate but i had a full visual of the chaos in their system. as a diner, i always look forward not just the food, presentation, people working to get the orders and services that the establishment could render. im sorry but i was so damn dissapointed, they even backbite with all their nerves. i cant even understand the cajouling. Preempting the hunger not just in Gilligans but to some establishment who cant seem to understand the word customer services and its content of the context. except for some fast food chain!!!

i was watching ugly betty last nyt over studio 23 and the episode was as wacky as the character. UGLY BERRY. it was a surprise to Rambutan on the scene where supermodel Adriana Lima was eating this succulent fruit which i enjoy and loved too and she was wearing an Oscar De la Renta gown. i believed this is the 4th or 6th episode if im not mistaken.

we arranged everything for the pictorial just to make it sure that it will be a regal one. everything was set this coming Saturday, i was inviting Jessie Glova and Bobbie albert for the make-up, Benjie Ordoñez for the clicks and Pops for the stylists. and all we got was a frustrating compalints from people who doesnt even know what effort we did just to gather everyone in this special once in a while occasion. i never waived my rights to be so quite yet they were trying to tell us, what the hell are we doing? isnt that too tiring and frustrating for us and how inconsiderate these oldies were to drive us nuts. Well as long as we had the general manager taken care of, everythings perfect with us. without us being shown publicly:) Jinx for them and how good riddance was it? damn, wish they were on our shoes

Its been months now that my fone is so dead. however with my bro had me lend a fone that is old enough from the present times, i am using to keep me aware of the deadlines, scheds and everything that my work requires. As a marketing coordinator and every link for advertisement has my go signal and affirmation from each client so i need a fone to keep me intact. I had a hearty talk with Sunstar Newly appointed general manager Jay Neri, Jr. and he was so nice to tell me to write a letter for my concern. i gladly did what he told me so. i am expecting that two weeks for now, i would have a new fone and chose this motorola fone a W230. it really fits my lifestyle, i love music that everyday i need it to keep me upbeat going to the office and the calls, texts and other items were all in one. it would be my greatest joy to get one and im too excited and cant wait:)

after watching the trailer of the upcoming movie based on this novel i searched much more about this book and then i remember i have read this courtesy of Ms. Ellen Joyce Soriano a colleague in Sunstar whos in Dubai right now. I was captivated by the thought that the author Sue Monk Kidd, a white from southern america and the characters were black. the movie starred Dakota Fanning(the main character), Queen Latifah, Jeniffer Hudson, ALicia Keys and Okenedo(which i remember co starred with scarlett Johansen). but lets see, the movie will be released soon in the Philippines. Im gonna watch this one!

Holy trip i so call it. i was with Mnsgr. Jayme from Sorsogon ans bishop du and some of the bishops heading to Bantayan Island. it was a relaxing one! i had Bantayan island for the second round this year and this time it feels so different, when entity from the city stroll the native island with nothing but some few old folks and food to crave for. We always had shells(scallops and baliad), crabs and lechon for three days. exhilirating experience and gastronomical feast. i had my share, the beach in Sayaw with jelly thingy and the sugar apples we picked, the salty water on the deep well was a fantastic sight and the silence, unbreakable. it was just the sun, sand and sky again, hovering the island in full control from where the horizon had no end but was broken by islands that is just somewhere! Peter rodriguez was just another pal, singing my heart out in wilderness! hhahaha, we even shared some cases of Gold Eagle stale not cold and some jokes along with tatang! Kota beach and the full moon just added the serenity from a
far. rekindling those times i had when i came home and Joel Borres took me out for a stroll in a nearby village in our place last oct. 21. i made love to him underneath the stars and the shining full moon. he made a promise that he will never forget me until he is 80 years older! i fell so much for it and felt that a woman in me needs a word to lift me from something unfiltered, someone so transparent yet loves me for who and what i am! Joel is a long story to tell, it was supposedly a one night stand and gosh after 11 years, he is married now with 4 kids and i am still single very available and i the fightings spirit meets him again after all the years of surving and him searching for me! a small world we live yet too big for us not to find each others arm. but no regrets at last because for the times we searched for something else, i still have him and him had me too!

I rushed myself to get done from my days hiatus and sit down, relax breathe deep and start on letting a day passed by after everyone hit their gadgets and starts blogging about the victory of Mr. Obama. well i dont have the entire effing rights to blog politics. not my bloodline, hehehehe. Mr. wikipedia helped me searched Pres. Obama and guess what i noticed he got a good ass, man, hes one of the finest looking daddy in the highest form.
